5 magical exercises to get rid of breeches

Breeches are the part of the body that most women are ashamed of and try to hide. However, the truth is that there is no exercise that can eliminate them completely, because they largely depend on our genes and bone structure. They are an accumulation of subcutaneous fat on the outer thighs, just below the hips, and in some women this accumulation may also be caused by hormonal imbalance. However, there are several exercises that make the breeches less visible, so that they do not create complexes or any kind of discomfort.

5 magical exercises that help in the fight against breech

Sumo squat

Sumo squats stress the outer, inner thighs and buttocks, and their execution is not difficult at all. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and point your toes outwards. Begin squatting until your thighs are parallel to the floor, exhale and return to the starting position.

Side attacks

Put your hands in front of your chest and take a wide step to the side. It is important that the knee is bent as you “sit” back and the other leg should remain straight. Hold this position for a few seconds, then repeat with the other leg.

Lateral leg raise

To activate the gluteus minimus and medius, lie on your side, support your head with your hand and begin to lift one leg up, which should be perfectly extended and the buttock should be tight. Do 10-15 repetitions and repeat the same with the other leg.

Gluteus bridge

Lie on your back, bend your knees, and place your palms on the floor. Tighten your stomach and begin to lift your pelvis up, and in the final position you must tighten your butt. If you feel it’s too light, you can also add elastic for more resistance.

Side kicks with elastic band

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a light elastic on your ankles. If you have not performed such exercises before, you can rest your hands on the wall for more stability. Start by spreading one leg out to the side, then repeat the same with the other. You should feel tension in your side thigh.
