We’ve all had someone park the wrong way and block us from passing – on my street I’ve had to make several maneuvers to take the turn from people parking crookedly on all corners, and in Ivo’s case, with a street as narrow as Oberbauer, it means either going around the neighborhood or creating a traffic jam. “I just for a moment” or “but where to stop” in combination with “accidents” are considered an invisibility spell. This in good cases leads to traffic jams, in bad cases – to traffic accidents.
This is what he wrote in the social networks the deputy from DB Bozhidar Bojanov regarding the attack on his colleague Ivaylo Mirchev by an incorrectly parked driver and a remark made.
Fight, blows and dangerous maneuvers: Ivaylo Mirchev released a VIDEO of the incident that everyone is talking about
Bojanov recalls the case of Sarafov’s security guard, who hit a person on a pedestrian path, and the accident was significantly contributed by an improperly parked car almost on the pedestrian path, which obscured visibility.
“We’ve all been flagged for parking incorrectly, for driving dangerously, for taking the right of way. And we’ve all had verbal aggression retaliated with: ‘what are you?’, ‘get over it’, etc. Fortunately, physical aggression is less common, but unfortunately it does happen sometimes. We all know of cases of banging on the door or hood and even pulling out a weapon. And literally as I was writing this status the news came out “A man shot a woman at a metro station in the capital after a dispute over a parking space”.
That is why many people remain silent. Irregularities go by because there are too many stories about remarks that ended badly – with bodily injuries or even death – 3 months ago a man died after being beaten because of a remark for dangerous driving,” says Bojanov.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged the man who attacked MP Ivaylo Mirchev (VIDEO)
An unspoken understanding that he shares with Mirchev is that “when we fight for justice, we have no right to turn a blind eye to irregularities (and we also have no right to obstruct others on the road)”.

According to Bojanov’s post, it is clear that Mirchev told him about the incident and they decided not to write anything, because this is a domestic incident that must be resolved according to the law. “It’s just that the prosecutor’s office leaked information to the media, who started writing articles with absurd headlines, and his phone was buzzing with calls from journalists. That’s why the answer came, including the video, to clarify the circumstances. After such incidents, there are always many interpretations – what could have happened, who was right and who was guilty. The media is looking for sensation, social networks amplify it, and everyone interprets the incident through their own experience and their own preferences. And it generated a storm,” he says.
Ivaylo Mirchev on the measure of the attacker: The prosecutor’s office should not salt the manja for propaganda purposes
In his words, “amidst the storm of reactions, the following must be said, without emotion or bias: improper parking is not just an inconvenience, but a danger. The lack of parking spaces is a problem for everyone, and providers are faced with the difficult task of finding parking spaces that do not interfere, but no one has the right to resort to physical aggression. Ivo did the right thing by notifying 112 without responding to the aggression. I call on the competent authorities to be objective and to act proportionately – neither stricter than the law requires, nor softer, justifying aggression,” Bojanov urged.
